We’re highlighting the Periodic Table and stretching Moore’s Law From Chart to Chip. Professionals from across the semiconductor industry will come together and focus on processing solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Materials Matter as we push the boundaries and mine the periodic chart for new solutions.

SUBMISSIONS:

All abstracts are to be submitted by e-mail to spwcc2009@yahoo.com by December 31, 2008 and final papers MUST be submitted by March 2, 2009 for inclusion in the SPWCC Proceedings. Only those papers included in the Proceedings will be presented.
